This package includes the Stoker controller, 2 Pit Temperature Sensors, 3 Food Temperature Sensors, 2 Blowers (5 c.f.m.), Port Expander, A.C. Power Adapter, and the Operators Manual. In addition to this you will need Blower Adapters to attach the Blowers to your particular cooker. The Standard 5 c.f.m. Blower is suitable for small backyard cookers. If you have a larger cooker you may need to upgrade to a larger Blower.
