This package includes the Stoker controller, Pit Temperature Sensor, Food Temperature Sensor, Blower (5 c.f.m.), A.C. Power Adapter, and the Operators Manual. In addition to this you will need a Blower Adapter to attach the Blower to your particular cooker. The Standard 5 c.f.m. Blower is suitable for small backyard cookers. If you have a larger cooker you may need to upgrade to a larger Blower.
